Gail O'NeillGail O’Neill, LMHC has been working in the counseling field since 1994. She works with adults and late adolescents having had success in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions / codependency, life transitions, trauma and grief. She utilizes an eclectic approach based in cognitive behavioral methods and she is trained in hypnotherapy.

Gail received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park and has been licensed in the state of Florida since 1997. She is a National Certified Counselor. She is also a Certified Addictions Counselor and a Substance Abuse Counselor with an international recognition. Gail is a Qualified Supervisor for the State of Florida and the current President of the Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association. Additionally, she is an experienced speaker and trainer for various organizations such as DCF, FCADV and BCC, Disney and Virgin America.

Tarsa SolomonTarsa Solomon is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 17 years of experience in Psychotherapy. In addition, she is a Certified Addictions Professional, a National Certified Counselor, an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a board approved supervisor. Tarsa received her Masters of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is also a Substance Abuse Counselor (SAP) performing evaluations required by the Department Of Transportation.

She enjoys working with adults and children of all ages. Tarsa has lived in Florida since 1995 with her husband, 3 dogs, two cats, and a Quaker parrot. Her specialties are Christian Counseling, parenting, teenage issues, anger management, anxiety, co-dependency, chronic mental illness, depression, adult children of alcoholics, bipolar/mood disorders, relationship issues and substance abuse.

This approach allows the counseling process to address current concerns and symptoms as well as implement active changes to troublesome patterns. Drawing from cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, family systems, and Gestalt practices, she works with clients to build on existing strengths and achieve wholeness and well-being.

Erin received her Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of Florida with specialized training in marriage and family and Gestalt therapies. Her areas of expertise include substance abuse recovery, GLBT issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and strategies to cope with family and life challenges. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, meditation, live music, and time with her dog Luna.

Christiane (Christi) Dieckman, LMHC, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

ChristiChristiane (Christi) Dieckman has been counseling and providing community resources for individuals, children and families since 2008. 

She has successfully treated clients battling addictions, trauma, grief, women’s issues, children’s issues, ADHD, anxiety, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, parenting issues, spiritual issues, stress management, life transitions and more. She brings a warm, supportive presence to the counseling session and tailors healing techniques to client’s individual circumstances. Christi incorporates elements of person centered therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, behavior modification, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy and more.  A member of Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association and American Mental Health Counselors Association, Christi believes in the importance of ongoing participation in education and workshops to keep techniques fresh and effective.

In her free time, Christi likes to spend time with her family and pets, volunteer in the community, read and capture sunrises at the beach.

Laurie Rochelle, Laurie Rochelle, MA, LMHC MH 7968

Photo Not AvailableLaurie Rochelle has been working as a licensed mental health counselor since 2004. Laurie graduated from UCF with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Webster University with a Master’s degree in Counseling. She completed a two year internship providing in-school, office and on-site counseling to children and families with moderate to severe mental health issues. She has specialized training in couples therapy, play therapy, solution focused therapy, life coaching and substance abuse.

Laurie has helped many people get to the root of the problem that are causing such issues as family discord and addictions. Although she uses an eclectic approach to match the individual needs, she primarily utilizes a cognitive behavioral and person centered therapy to help find a real solution that works. She has a passion to help people of all ages fight depression, anxiety and mood disorders in order to be free to live life fully.

You will find that Laurie has a down to earth and friendly personality who is easy to talk to. In her spare time she enjoys martial arts, ballroom/Latin dancing and spending time with her family.

Theresa Cashman, LCSW

Theresa CashmanTheresa Cashman, LCSW, licensed clinical social worker, began her social work
career in Pennsylvania in 1994, where experiences in child welfare, perinatal,
medical social work, midwifery, sexual trauma, grief/loss and inpatient psychiatric care shaped her current journey.

Graduating from Temple University in 2007; Theresa works with a myriad of
concerns including: ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, woman’s issues and
grief/loss. Christian counseling and life-coaching are two of her passions. She
enjoys working with children, teenagers, and adult populations.

Theresa is a supportive, active and engaged listener. Incorporating a wholistic
approach including body, soul and spirit can bring balance and empowerment to
individuals who feel that life is too overwhelming.

Christan York, LCSW

Christan YorkChristan York, LCSW received her Masters degree in social work in 1994 from the University of Georgia.  Christan has worked in both in patient and out patient settings.  She has practiced as a Psychotherapist and Life Coach for 25 years and has published a whimsical self-help book titled, Getting Screwed? to add humor to the challenges we face daily.

Christan utilizes solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to provide a goal oriented approach to therapy. She enjoys working with people of all ages over 12, and works with individuals, couples and families. She holds a black belt in the Nia Technique. Christan enjoys helping people find a better work/life balance and operate with precision versus reacting in chaos.

Christan helps clients learn how to manage their time, anxiety and/or depression. In her freetime, she enjoys being on the water and spending time with friends and family.

Douglass Judson, LCSW

Christan YorkDouglass Judson, LCSW, is an experienced clinician who
enjoys improving the quality of others’ lives. He holds a
master’s degree in social work from Simmons College in
Boston, Massachusetts.

Douglass worked for a large
teaching medical center in Boston for 14 years, providing
mental health and substance use clinical services in
outpatient, partial hospital, and inpatient levels of care.
Douglass Judson subsequently worked as an outpatient
therapist for 8 years at a Federally Qualified Health Center in
Grand Rapids, Michigan just prior to moving to Florida in

Douglass has experience in developing therapeutic
relationships with many populations across cultural and
developmental spectrums. He has assisted individuals and
couples in transforming their perceptions of self, others and
life in order to resolve issues and develop skills to negotiate
life more effectively.

Tania S. Gorham, MS, LMFT, QS, E-RYT

Tania GorhamTania  S. Gorham, MS, LMFT, QS, E-RYT has been in the the field since 2010. Tania works with children, women, and families. She has had success in working with children, depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as women’s issues, gender issues, and the LGBTQIA community. Tania has experience working with family dynamics, parenting issues, boundary setting, and eating disorders. Tania utilizes play techniques, expressive arts and TF-CBT when working with child, and utilizes CBT and solution-focused  and narrative therapy when working with adults. Tania uses behavior modification therapy and family-systems when working with families.

Tania received her Masters of Science, in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, from Carlos Albizu University, and her Bachelors of Arts in English and Women’s Studies from Florida International University. Tania has been licensed since 2016, and is a qualified supervisor for MFT and MHC interns. Tania relieved TF-CBT training from Rollins College, and is also an experienced yoga teacher, and Gottman Level 1 certified. 

In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, reading, drawing, and visiting local parks to hike and photograph.
