Gail O'NeillGail O’Neill, LMHC has been working in the counseling field since 1994. She works with adults and late adolescents having had success in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions / codependency, life transitions, trauma and grief. She utilizes an eclectic approach based in cognitive behavioral methods and she is trained in hypnotherapy.

Gail received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park and has been licensed in the state of Florida since 1997. She is a National Certified Counselor. She is also a Certified Addictions Counselor and a Substance Abuse Counselor with an international recognition. Gail is a Qualified Supervisor for the State of Florida and the current President of the Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association. Additionally, she is an experienced speaker and trainer for various organizations such as DCF, FCADV and BCC, Disney and Virgin America.

Tarsa SolomonTarsa Solomon is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 17 years of experience in Psychotherapy. In addition, she is a Certified Addictions Professional, a National Certified Counselor, an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a board approved supervisor. Tarsa received her Masters of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is also a Substance Abuse Counselor (SAP) performing evaluations required by the Department Of Transportation.

She enjoys working with adults and children of all ages. Tarsa has lived in Florida since 1995 with her husband, 3 dogs, two cats, and a Quaker parrot. Jeannie is an empathetic listener who provides supportive counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for adults and adolescence, Play Therapy for children 5 and up, and addresses an array of issues, such as; depression, anxiety, grief/loss, PTSD, ADHD and women issues.

This approach allows the counseling process to address current concerns and symptoms as well as implement active changes to troublesome patterns. Drawing from cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, family systems, and Gestalt practices, she works with clients to build on existing strengths and achieve wholeness and well-being.

Erin received her Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of Florida with specialized training in marriage and family and Gestalt therapies. Her areas of expertise include substance abuse recovery, GLBT issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and strategies to cope with family and life challenges. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, meditation, live music, and time with her dog Luna.

Dr. BethimageDr. Beth Wolfe, Ph.D., LMHC has been a counselor and psychotherapist since 1992 and has over 20 years of counseling experience. She received her Doctor of Philosophy degree from Ohio University in Counselor Education and a Masters of Education degree in Community and Agency Counseling from Ohio University. She also earned a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Wolfe has worked in a variety of settings where she offered both mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals, couples, and group therapy. She works with families needing support and education with issues such as Bipolar Disorder, dual diagnoses and thought disorders. She has worked in women’s residential treatment, psychiatric hospitals and emergency rooms. She provides EAP services to those with workplace and other pressing concerns. In addition, Dr. Wolfe has taught graduate an
undergraduate courses, presented at national, state and local levels, and offered EAP training workshops to employee groups.

She espouses Brief Therapy and Solution-Focused methodology. She practices mindfulness and teaches this to her clients. Dr. Wolfe is knowledgeable and compassionate and focuses on helping clients understand how their thoughts directly impact their behavior. She sees clients who struggle with depression and anxiety, grief and loss issues, issues faced by the GLBT community, spirituality, codependence, and other concerns.

Lisa received her Bachelor's of Science in Human Services with a concentration on addiction, from Springfield College School of Human Services in Tampa, Florida. She continued at Springfield College and earned her Master's in Science in Mental Health.

As a volunteer in Brevard County, Lisa was able to help people in the community with accessing services such as food, financial guidance, and support for emotional/spiritual struggles. Her early experience allowed Lisa to engage with families of all ages, races, religions, and socio-economic backgrounds. Lisa has worked with adults and adolescents having had success in the treatment of addiction, anger management, codependency, trauma, parenting, anxiety, mental illness, depression, adult children of alcoholics issues, bipolar/mood disorders, PTSD, and women’s issues. She has experience in family therapy, re-unification and has broad knowledge of the DCF/Court systems. She is an experienced trainer for various organizations including, DCF, Impower, Children's Home Society and Devereux.

Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University. She then went on to Nova Southeastern University and obtained a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. She has provided individual counseling, counseling for children and adolescents, family therapy, group therapy, life skills training, and parenting classes in a variety of settings.

Her areas of expertise include working with individuals going through concerns related to divorce, co-parenting, blended families, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, PTSD, women’s issues, workplace stress, and adolescent/child therapy. She has received training in the use of EMDR, Parent Coordination/ Co-Parent Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Alcohol Expectancies in Adolescents.

Christiane (Christi) Dieckman, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Elizabeth LacyChristiane (Christi) Dieckman has been counseling and providing community resources for individuals, children and families since 2008. 

She has successfully treated clients battling addictions, trauma, grief, women’s issues, children’s issues, ADHD, anxiety, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, parenting issues, spiritual issues, stress management, life transitions and more. She brings a warm, supportive presence to the counseling session and tailors healing techniques to client’s individual circumstances. Christi incorporates elements of person centered therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, behavior modification, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy and more.  A member of Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association and American Mental Health Counselors Association, Christi believes in the importance of ongoing participation in education and workshops to keep techniques fresh and effective.

In her free time, Christi likes to spend time with her family and pets, volunteer in the community, read and capture sunrises at the beach.

Karin Painter, LMHC  

Photo Not AvailableKarin Painter is a mental health professional who has been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for 5 years.  She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2007 and her master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2012.

She started out working with multiple non-profit organizations in Brevard County, Florida. She has worked with patients in need of medication management to help control mood disorders, impulse control disorders, co-occurring disorders, and mental health stability.  Before that, she worked at a substance abuse facility where she led/facilitated groups and provided individual counseling. 

Karin Painter provides a non-judgmental, safe, and compassionate environment for you to feel comfortable. She uses a CBT approach, but also incorporates mindfulness which has been proven to bring benefits to your physical, social, and psychological wellbeing.  Karin specializes in ADHD/ADD, substance abuse, anger management, anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, and life coaching. We all can be overwhelmed with a variety of life's issues daily and therapy can help you in dealing with those struggles. Photo Not AvailableErin is new to the Space Coast, relocating with her family from the greater Boston area. There, she earned her master’s degree from Lesley University in 2007. Her clinical experience includes providing individual and group therapy to adults and adolescents with mental health and co-occurring substance abuse disorders in in-patient acute, partial hospitalization, and out-patient settings.

Erin’s specializes in treating adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, grief and loss, and post-traumatic stress. She uses a person-centered, psychodynamic approach, incorporating a variety of therapeutic tools including CBT, DBT, mindfulness meditation, managing stress and effective communication. Erin is a member of both the Florida and Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Associations.
